Account Management
Your Camo account lets you manage your licenses, subscriptions, and personal settings. You'll get an account when you purchase Camo Pro or sign-up to one of our testing programs. All account management happens through the Camo dashboard.
Signing in
You can sign in to the Camo dashboard using your email and password. If you've linked a Google account or Razer ID, you can also use those to sign in.
If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it here.
Account settings
Personal details
From account settings, you can update your name, password, and the email address associted with your account.
Deleting your account
To delete your account, contact our support team. The team will work with you to confirm that you want your account deleted. Any active subscriptions or licenses will be deactivated when your account is deleted.
Licenses and subscriptions
Viewing your licenses
You can view all of your licenses and their details at camo.com/dash/licenses. The dashboard shows your license activation usage and, for subscription-based plans, your payment method information.
Managing your subscription
To cancel your subscription, visit the licenses page in the dashboard. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Device activations
Each Camo license allows up to two device activations. If you need to free up a slot, you can retire an activation from the license management page.
Billing and invoices
Invoices are available from your license entries in the dashboard and can be downloaded directly.
For subscription plans, you can update your payment method through the dashboard. If you need a refund, please contact our support team.
Linked accounts
You can link external accounts for signing in from account settings.
You can link a Google account to use it for signing in. This works alongside your existing email and password — linking Google doesn't replace password-based sign-in.
Any Google account can be linked, provided it isn't already associated with another Camo account. You can unlink Google from the same settings page, as long as you have another sign-in method available (either a password or another linked account).
Razer ID
Razer ID can also be linked as an alternative sign-in method. As with Google, unlinking is only possible if you have another way to sign in.
