This release is all about reliability: screen capture layers now come back properly when you relaunch Studio or reconnect a display, your recordings and streams keep multichannel audio intact, and Studio can now recover on its own when a camera stops sending video. Today's update is one of the biggest Camo releases we've shipped. Web layers let you embed live web pages straight into your scenes, scene transitions add motion when switching between layouts, multi-streaming sends your broadcast to as many destinations as you like, and a new Stream Deck plugin lets you control Camo Studio from your hardware. Native chat with chat message layers brings your audience into the stream, and a new recording gallery makes it easy to browse, trim, and share what you've captured. We've also refreshed the whole app to match macOS's new Liquid Glass design. As usual, the release is packed with performance optimisations and fixes.

Camo Studio 2.3.0.16180 リリース

Camo Studio 2.3 begins rolling out today, bringing some big changes to the app. We've put a lot of thought into how best to improve the process of making amazing video, and have implemented new features and improvements we think will make it simpler and faster, while expanding what Camo users can do.

As always, we thank our community for their help in reaching this next stage of Camo's journey, and look forward to seeing the magic our users create with their new video superpowers. Your feedback is vital to what we do, and we'd love to hear how this new Camo experience works for you.

We’ve also updated some of the technology we use to build the app, which means ending updates for macOS 10.13 and 10.14. Camo Studio 2.0.5 will continue to work on those versions.   • Meet the new onboarding experience with our new Getting Started tutorial.
  • Unsupported hardware mode. This allows the use of features like 4K resolutions on older phones and ML effects on Intel Macs (there may be performance issues with this enabled). You can enable it in Camo Studio preferences.
  • Devices that have been paired for wireless connection appear in the devices dropdown and are available for a quick connection.

  • In macOS 14.1 Apple removed support for DAL plugins, which some apps use to provide video to apps like Camo Studio. If Camo detects a DAL plugin it will let you know why it’s missing.

  • 4K for phones is here! You can now get super high resolution video out of your iOS and Android devices running the latest versions of the Camo app.
  • If you have a real green screen, you can now dial in a Chroma Key yourself instead of using Camo’s ML segmentation feature.
  • We’ve added an option in preferences to select from light or dark appearance, or keep the system setting.

  • If any overlay was applied before going into the overlay editor, it will be reapplied on exit.
