Job description

To ensure the CAMO Software's further success and ambitious growth strategy, we are looking for an experienced Product Manager to take ownership of our training and consultancy products, with the responsibility of devising our training and consultancy strategy, identifying training and consultancy needs and driving suitable training initiatives that will build customer loyalty. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established company with world-leading technology at a time when the demand for data analysis software and solutions is growing. The Product Manager position is based at the headquarters in Oslo and is a senior role, reporting to the Chief Technical Officer.


Main responsibilities:

  • Contribute towards product and services strategy and vision
  • Collect, analyze and respond to customer feedback
  • Identify customer needs and translate these into training and consultancy requirements
  • Manage, design, develop, coordinate and conduct public (standard) and onsite (customized) training courses
  • Produce and maintain training material
  • Work closely with all stakeholders, including product development, science team, marketing, sales, support, and management
  • Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments, and best practices

  • Desired skills and qualifications

  • A relevant degree or a minimum of 5 years relevant work experience
  • Proven track record of success as a product manager or training manager in a customer service environment
  • Proven domain knowledge within Multivariate Analysis (MVA) and Design of Experiments (DoE)
  • Ability to clearly articulate the benefits of products and services
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal (English)
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver instructional presentations
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills, including ability to interact with people at all levels
  • Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Structured and concise
  • Drive, enthusiasm, and self-motivation
